"this duo is underrated and more people should buy it. the cooling balm is a must to apply before bed to help with dark circles and refresh the face. the prep base is really easy to use, i dont normally use a base before makeup but love this one"
"oh my goodness!! the cooling effect on both these products is so satisfying and restoring for the skin! the eye balm is the perfect texture and isn't too creamy, so it STAYS on my undereyes or eye lids and doesn't burn my eyes all day. it's literally the most perfect primer for my concealer and ive seen a great reduction in makeup creasing there. the primer is also very cooling and such a smooth gliding texture for the full face, but not too greasy at all. the clear mint green/blue tint in these formulas is so pretty as well! as for the blurring effect, i haven't seen a huge difference, but it definitely helps keep makeup on and i have visible pores naturally, so you cant have it all. some have said that there is no cooling effect, but you have to understand that weather temps aren't gonna warm up your products. keep them in a cool corner of the room or bathroom and away from the sun or store in a makeup fridge! no breakouts at all! so grateful for ariana and the r. e. m. team. tysm! love you"

"I love the way these products just melt into your skin. The primer was a bit thicker than I was expecting coming out of the tube but a little bit goes a long way and doesn’t feel thick on the skin at all, super lightweight and absorbs pretty quick. Same for the under eye balm, didn’t stay wet under the eyes, just absorbed and melted straight into the skin while cooling the eyes with a pleasant fragrance."
