shipping

we offer free standard shipping for all u.s. orders over $50 and all international orders over $150 usd. free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. for orders under $50 a standard shipping rate of $5.95 will be applied to u.s. orders. for international orders a shipping rate of $24.95 will be applied to all orders under $150 usd.

we ship to most locations outside of the u.s. we do not ship to countries that are under u.s. embargo and cannot ship to countries that cannot accept cosmetic goods from the u.s.

orders placed in u.s. dollars to ship internationally must have a matching billing and shipping address. if international addresses do not match on an order that ships from the u.s., your order may be cancelled. contact us at info@agrembeauty.com with questions.

yes, we ship to po boxes.

your safety is important to us. product safety testing requires teamwork across multiple departments, from product development to the labs and factories manufacturing and engineering the formulas. every company we work with must meet and exceed our high standards of compliance.

r.e.m. beauty products are tested on (very happy) human volunteers. We do not test our products on animals nor do we ask others to test our products on animals on our behalf.

yes, we do. the quality of our ingredients extends well beyond the ingredients themselves. all product suppliers must adhere to high standards for employee working conditions and specifically prohibit involuntary or forced labor, human trafficking, child labor and harassment and abuse.

returns & exchanges

purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery. All merchandise is not returnable. please contact info@agrembeauty.comto initiate a return.

while we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. if you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 30 days of delivery. please contact info@agrembeauty.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. if the product is deemed defective, r.e.m. beauty will replace the product at no additional charge.

purchases made on our website may be returned up to 30 days after confirmed delivery for a refund in the original form of payment. All merchandise is not returnable. sorry, we cannot refund the cost of shipping. please contact info@agrembeauty.com to initiate a return.

We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly.

To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs.

Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your r.e.m Beauty tracking page.

If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status.

We want you to receive your order as fast as possible!International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.
