we offer free standard shipping for all u.s. orders over $50 and for international orders over $75 usd. free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.

shipping rates

for u.s. orders under $50, a standard shipping rate of $5.95 will be applied. for international orders under $75 usd, rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

where we ship

we ship to most locations outside of the u.s. we do not ship to countries that are under u.s. embargo and cannot ship to countries that cannot accept cosmetic goods from the u.s.

orders placed in u.s. dollars to ship internationally must have a matching billing and shipping address. if international addresses do not match on an order that ships from the u.s., your order may be cancelled. contact us at info@rembeauty.com with questions.

conversion and import fees do not apply to international orders. however, if you live outside of the u.s., your financial institution or country of residence may charge additional fees on top of your total, such as conversion or import taxes/customs fees. r.e.m. beauty cannot credit you for these fees since they come from your financial institution or country. please call your financial institution or customs office before placing your order to confirm what kind of charges you can expect from them.

Please note the midnight shadows lustrous liquid eyeshadow and midnight shadows matte liquid eyeshadow may only be shipped to addressees within the continental u.s., and only via ground shipping. These items cannot be shipped to p.o. boxes, apo/fpo addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any international addresses.
