yes, we offer free standard shipping for all u.s. orders over $50 and all international orders over $150 usd. free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc.
Where does r.e.m. beauty ship to?
we ship to most locations outside of the u.s. we do not ship to countries that are under u.s. embargo and cannot ship to countries that cannot accept cosmetic goods from the u.s.
orders placed in u.s. dollars to ship internationally must have a matching billing and shipping address. if international addresses do not match on an order that ships from the u.s., your order may be cancelled. contact us here with questions.

we offer free standard shipping for all u.s. orders over $50 and all international orders over $150 usd. free shipping is based on your order total after promotional discounts have been applied and before shipping charges, taxes, etc. for orders under $50 a standard shipping rate of $9.95 will be applied to u.s. orders.

my item arrived damaged. what should i do?
while we do everything we can to prevent this, sometimes an item can be damaged in transit. if you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 30 days of delivery. please contactinfo@agrembeauty.comand provide a photo of the damaged or defective product along with a copy of the packing slip or order number. if the product is deemed defective, r.e.m. beauty will replace the product at no additional charge.
