"As I used more and more of the product, my eyes started to get itchier by the day. I was only using a minimal amount and being very careful with the application. I eventually stopped using the product, but when I requested a refund, no response for a month. Terrible customer service. I couldn't even get a refund. Some ingredients in the product can cause corneal damage and irritation. Luckily, I stopped using it early enough."

"Second time purchasing. New ritual seems to be I buy this once a year, it expires after six months, but I’d say it’s about a three month supply. (Depending if you’re also using this for your brows. ) If you’re new to lash serums this might sting for a bit in the beginning, and sometimes on random days, in my experience. I do like this lash serum, it doesn’t have the prostaglandin analog that most lash serums have that has long term effects. Every so often I’ll use magnetic lashes on my outer lashes and I use the serum more so as a maintenance if I do have phases where I’m losing lashes more frequently. I like the routine of using it in the morning and at night. I already know I will buy again annually."
