"It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve ordered, still not delivered. Reached out to customer service for assistance and resolution, they ignored and dismissed me. Will be returning if I ever receive it. Ordered brushes from another company 2 days after placing this order and I received it over a week ago, they too had a 50% off sale so “high volume orders” isn’t an excuse (bk beauty btw best of the best)"
