"pretty - it's obviously more toned down than the eyeshadow so do note that. I applied it on top of powder once and it did disrupt it a littleeee bit but I have a feeling if I troubleshoot the best way to use it, it shouldn't be a problem. Very pretty on the eyes too, although make sure you don't apply too much and blend, because it might settle in your creases."
