"This is the best under eye balm I have ever used! I have really bad under eye circles and nothing has worked to make them look better. I also have chronic hives which makes my under eyes swell every now and then. This eye balm was the magical product i have been looking for! Not only has it really helped my dark circles, any time my under eye swells this balm makes it go down within a minute or two. If you don’t have this you need it!!!"
