I must be allergic to some ingredient in the formula because I haven’t seen any other mention of it in other reviews, but The best way I can describe it is as if I’m putting lip plumper on as eyeshadow—giving me that tingling, burning sensation that grows over time after applying the product. It started within 10 minutes, and even after I removed the eyeshadow, it feels like I scrubbed my eyelids with a dry brush."
