With a fluffy brush, use circular motions to apply lavender submarine from the outer corner of your lid toward the center. Sweep the remaining color under the browbone from the outer crease to the center, leaving a wash of color.

Using soft side to side motions, apply lavender submarine under the lash line from the center of the eye to the outer corner, meeting the wash of color on the lid.
